PRITPAL "PAUL" DALE - Boxing England Qualified Coach

Paul is a committed and experienced coach with a strong background in combat sports. He started out in kickboxing before moving into boxing, and now holds a recognised coaching qualification from Boxing England.

At the club, Paul leads our adult intermediate sessions and runs both the junior and cadet classes. He’s also heavily involved in introducing beginners to the sport. His coaching style is firm but supportive, creating the right balance between discipline and encouragement to help each member progress.

ALEX – Gym Supervisor

Alex is a valued member of our team, having trained with us for almost a year before stepping into the role of Gym Supervisor. His consistency, work ethic and genuine understanding of our members make him a natural fit for the position.

Reliable, approachable and always ready to help, Alex is here to make sure you feel supported every time you walk through the doors.

MO – Strength & Conditioning Coach

We’re proud to welcome Mo to the team. A qualified Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist, Mo brings both performance expertise and injury-aware coaching to every session.

He delivers our weekly Strength & Conditioning classes at Rings, helping members build strength, improve performance and train smarter.

SHILOH – Gym Assistant

Meet Shiloh, our Gym Assistant, helping to keep things running smoothly at Rings. You’ll see him during open sessions and supporting classes when things get busy, always ready to lend a hand.

Behind the scenes, Shiloh has also been putting in the work to help prepare for our expansion, playing a key part in getting everything ready for the next chapter.
