Please Read Before Booking

Rings Boxing is an exclusive members only facility and we purposely offer limited spaces on every class and session. We do not want to fine anyone. We simply need members to manage their own bookings responsibly and only book when they know they can attend.

Late cancellations and no shows stop other members being able to train, and as the club grows we need to keep availability fair for everyone. When bookings are managed properly every fee can be avoided and the system works smoothly for all members.

All bookings, cancellations and amendments must be done online via the form below as we cannot manage changes by phone, WhatsApp or social platforms.

Booking and Cancellation Instructions

How to book and manage your sessions.

✅ How to Book

  1. Open the ClubRight App or log in to your online account.
  2. Go to Classes or Sessions and choose the one you want.
  3. Tap Book. It will be added to your cart.
  4. Continue to cart to check out or carry on booking.
  5. Press Complete in the cart to confirm.
  6. You will see confirmation in the app and then by email.

Important: A booking is only confirmed once you press Complete. Items left in the cart are not held.

🔁 How to Move or Cancel a Booking

  1. Log in to your online account or open the ClubRight App.
  2. Go to the Upcoming tile.
  3. If more than twenty four hours remain, you can move or cancel yourself.
  4. If less than twenty four hours remain, or you need a late booking inside the ninety minute cut off, please scroll to the form below. Late requests are not guaranteed. If a coach or supervisor is available, it may be approved with a five pound manual booking fee. If no coach or supervisor is available, it will be declined with no fee charged.

🕒 Booking Rules

  • Book up to two weeks in advance.
  • Booking closes ninety minutes before the start time.
  • Six in the morning and seven in the morning open gym sessions: booking closes at nine in the evening the night before.
  • Late booking requests: must be submitted through the form below. Approval depends on a coach or supervisor already being on site or available. Approved requests incur a five pound manual fee.
  • Bookings are only confirmed once checkout is completed and you receive a confirmation email.
  • Please only book sessions you are certain you can attend.

❌ Cancellations

  • Cancel more than twenty four hours before the start time in the ClubRight App.
  • Inside twenty four hours or inside the ninety minute cut off, use the form below. Requests are not guaranteed.
  • Cancelling between twenty four hours and ninety minutes before start time incurs a ten pound late cancellation fee.
  • Missing a session inside ninety minutes counts as a no show and a twenty pound fee applies.
  • Unpaid fees may lead to temporary booking restrictions.

Missed bookings affect staff planning and stop others from training. All fees can be avoided when bookings are managed well. We do not want to fine anyone.

💳 Payment of Fees

  • Late cancellation fees, no show fees and approved late booking fees are charged to the card on file.
  • If payment fails, booking access may be paused until the balance is cleared.

⚠️ Attending Without a Booking

  • Please do not attend the gym without a booking.
  • If you arrive without a booking and a coach or supervisor is already on site and there is space, the request may be approved and a five pound manual booking fee may apply.
  • If no coach or supervisor is available, entry will not be permitted.

✅ How to Cancel

  1. If more than twenty four hours remain, cancel in the ClubRight App or your online account.
  2. If you miss the cut off, use the form below.
  3. The ten pound or twenty pound fees still apply inside the chargeable windows.

📩 Late Booking or Cancellation Request Form

This form is for cancellations inside twenty four hours and late bookings inside the ninety minute cut off. Submission does not confirm a place.

Late bookings will only be approved if a coach or supervisor is already on site or available. Approved requests incur a five pound manual booking fee. Declined requests carry no fee.

By submitting this request, you authorise any applicable fees to be charged to the card on file. If payment fails, booking access may be paused until cleared, in line with your membership terms and conditions.
