📋 Please Read Before Booking

Rings Boxing is an exclusive members facility with limited class and session sizes.

Please only book sessions you are certain you can attend. Late cancellations and no shows affect staff planning and prevent other members from training.

All fees are avoidable when bookings are managed correctly.

⚠️ Late booking and late cancellation requests must be submitted using the online form at the bottom of this page.

Requests made by message, email, social media or phone will not be processed.

📲 1. Standard Bookings

All classes and sessions must be booked through the ClubRight App.

  • Book up to 2 weeks in advance
  • Booking closes 90 minutes before the start time
  • 6:00am and 7:00am Open Gym bookings close at 9:00pm the evening before

✅ A booking is only confirmed once you press Complete and receive email confirmation.

🔁 2. Standard Cancellations

If more than 24 hours remain before the session start time:

Cancel in the ClubRight App. No charge applies.

⏳ 3. Late Cancellations (Inside 24 Hours)

If cancelling within 24 hours of the start time, you must use the online form below.

  • Cancellation inside 24 hours: £10
  • Cancellation inside 90 minutes: treated as a no show £20

❌ 4. No Show

Failure to attend without cancelling: £20

⚡ 5. Late Booking Requests (Inside 90 Minutes)

If booking within 90 minutes of the start time, you must use the online form below.

  • Approved late booking: £5 manual fee
  • Subject to coach or supervisor availability
  • If declined, no fee applies

Submission of the form does not guarantee a place.

🚫 Attending Without a Booking

Please do not attend without a confirmed booking.

If space and staff are available, entry may be approved with a £5 manual fee.
If not, entry will be refused.

💳 Payment of Fees

Late cancellation fees, no show fees and approved late booking fees are charged to the card on file.

Unpaid balances may result in temporary booking restrictions.

By submitting this request, you authorise any applicable fees to be charged to the card on file. If payment fails, booking access may be paused until cleared, in line with your membership terms and conditions.
