At Rings Boxing, we’re a member-only club offering a variety of classes for all skill levels.

Our standard membership includes 2 classes per week across Adult and Children's Beginner, Intermediate, and Women’s Only sessions.

To help you decide if we're the right fit, we offer taster sessions, giving you a chance to experience the atmosphere and coaching firsthand, before committing to a membership.

If you need more or less than 2 classes per week, speak with the team—we can create a bespoke membership tailored to your training needs.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience, our classes are designed to help you achieve your goals and have fun while doing it.
