Rings Boxing also invests in paid promotional marketing, including Meta advertising, with selected content featuring the ring used in our campaigns.

Sponsor visibility will vary depending on the content and camera angle. Specific reach, impressions, engagement and sales are not guaranteed.

Frequently Asked Questions

When does my sponsorship begin?

Your sponsorship begins on the agreed activation date, normally when the new ring canvas is installed. Your agreement will confirm the date.

Will the ring canvas be replaced every year?

Not necessarily. The canvas is intended for long-term use and will only be replaced when required, including because of wear, damage or changes to sponsorship artwork.

If all sponsors remain under active agreements, the existing canvas can remain in place without unnecessary replacement.

What happens if I choose the 12-month package?

Your sponsorship runs for 12 months from the agreed activation date. Before it expires, you'll be offered the first opportunity to renew your corner.

If you renew, your existing logo can remain on the canvas without replacement. If you decide not to renew, your position becomes available to another business.

What happens with the 24-month Founding Partner package?

Your ring corner is secured for the full 24-month sponsorship term.

If the canvas needs replacing during that time, your logo will be included on the replacement canvas at no additional printing charge.

What if another sponsor doesn't renew?

Their corner may be offered to a new business. If this requires a replacement canvas, the logos of all sponsors with active agreements will be carried over.

Existing sponsors will not be charged additional canvas printing costs during their agreed sponsorship terms.

Does my sponsorship renew automatically?

No. Sponsorship agreements do not renew automatically.

Existing sponsors will have the first opportunity to renew before their positions are offered to other businesses, subject to the renewal deadline communicated to them.

What happens if I don't renew?

Your official sponsor status, reception recognition, website listing and associated promotional benefits end when your agreement expires.

Your printed logo may remain temporarily visible until the canvas is replaced, but this does not extend your sponsorship.

Can I choose my ring corner?

Corner positions are allocated subject to availability. Your proposed position and artwork will be confirmed before printing.

Will my business appear in social media content?

The ring will regularly feature in training footage, photographs and promotional material.

Sponsor logos may be visible depending on camera angles and the content being produced. We cannot guarantee particular viewing figures or exposure.

Is this a Rings ABC sponsorship?

Sponsorship agreements are provided by Rings Boxing Limited.

Rings ABC is a separate amateur boxing club that will also use the facility.
